The Group forayed into the Real Estate business in early 1990s and came into sharp focus with the success of the “GAURAV TOWER”, as a milestone and trendsetter for the upcoming Malls in the state. Even the India Today Magazine, 21st November 2005 edition notified it as one of the first mall of North India.

Since then the group has been expanding its real estate operations by way of acquiring land at the most expensive and prominent locations of city and bringing up various new projects.

Currently the group has started a commercial mall by the name of GT-4, just next to Gaurav Tower. Many new projects like Corporate Tower, Hotels etc. are also in pipeline.
